ANCA - FCP4 Drill Production Grinder
03.11.2017The FCP4 Drill Production Grinder manufactures a complete HSS drill on a single machine.
From a blank piece of raw material, the FCP4 grinds the Flute, Relief and Point producing a finished drill.
Designed for drills up to diameter 4 mm, the multi spindle machine provides simultaneous grinding operations producing a finished drill every 20 to 25 seconds (size dependant).
The machine features 8 fully controlled CNC axis, which provides greater flexibility, control and quicker setup times over traditional CAM operated machinery. The benefits of CNC technology and machine design also produces superior surface finish and size control than what is possible on none CNC controlled machinery.
“Designed specifically for the high volume high quality production of HSS drills, the FCP4 is a game changer for any drill manufacturer looking to manufacturer a batter class of drill.”
